This unique dual degree programme serves pastors who need to be “tent-makers” (i.e pastors who, while dedicating themselves to the ministry or the Church, receive little or no pay for Church or ministry work, but perform other jobs to provide support, to meet the physical needs of the family and community around them to advance God's purpose) or to lead in the financial aspects of their ministry, and kingdom minded business people who desire to fully engage in Christian organizations. The MADiv/MBA provides leaders of today and tomorrow with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in business and ministry. The programme emphasizes critical and strategic thinking, business management skills, ethics, and real-world applications as well as the Bible, theology, and historical thought and context of the church.
